As Taylor & Taylor’s in-house business coach, David conducts regular coaching sessions with Ross and Chris as well as supporting other members of the team. He has been instrumental in the smooth transformation of the changing of the guard.
On completion of a commission with the Royal Navy, David joined the Financial Times before moving to a FTSE 100 company (BET PLC) where he was responsible for implementing their innovative stakeholder change programme.
It was at BET that he experienced first-hand the positive impact corporate social responsibility has on sustainable business performance. Examples of the community work he has undertaken include being a director of a NW youth charity and a business liaison ambassador for UNICEF. With a business partner, he formed Chances in 2010 as a social enterprise to deliver training and coaching to community groups with a particular emphasis on engaging young people, especially those that have experienced the care system.
A CIPD accredited coach through the Oxford School of Coaching and Mentoring, David now builds on his leadership and commercial experience to make a positive impact on individual and organisational performance.
He focuses on delivering programmes embracing leadership, communication and change management across education, health and social services, business and the professions.
